Get a Grip!

At LEKI, we understand the nuanced art of grip. We refuse to subscribe to the notion that one grip fits all hands or activities. Instead, we offer a captivating array of grips in our pole collections, each one a testament to our dedication to innovation, comfort, and performance. At LEKI, we take pride in delivering products that put you in a position to make your next outdoor adventure your best one yet. Whether you seek poles for a month-long thru-hike or a weekend on the slopes, let LEKI elevate your grip game to unprecedented heights. LEKI’s trekking and alpine grips include a built-in 8° positive angle, which puts your wrist in a more natural position, providing more comfort on your adventures.

Aergomed

The Aergomed handle is designed with an "Aergonomic" shape to ensure a comfortable grip, minimizing strain on your palm and forearm muscles. The handle has a long top section that is ideal for palming with your hand to distribute your weight when needing extra support while walking or standing.

Aergon

The Aergon grip offers excellent support for those in search of a comfortable grip at a great value. The Aergon grip features an edgeless outer shape, providing multiple grip locations. Additionally, the grips have a "nose" at the bottom, which extends slightly from the base of the grip to prevent hands from slipping when wet or tired. These grips can be found on the poles in our Khumbu trekking collection. LEKI Aergon grips come with a fully adjustable loop strap, making it easy to customize the fit for any hand.

Aergon Air

The Aergon Air features patented hollow core technology, offering a lightweight build with large, supportive surfaces that cater to all ergonomic needs. Its oversized grip ensures all-day comfort, while the rubberized top provides a spacious platform for palming the pole during long descents. Additionally, the grip includes a foam extension, offering extra gripping points for navigating steep or undulating terrain. With its well-thought-out design, the Aergon Air grip is the perfect choice for extended trail days and backcountry skiing, especially during skin track ascents. For a customized fit and optimal performance, the Aergon Air grips come with fully adjustable loop straps. Certain models of the Aergon Air feature 100% natural cork grips, such as the Black Series FX.Carbon and the Makalu and Cressida Cork Lite.

Cross Shark

The LEKI Cross Shark grip is a hybrid that combines the power transmission and precision of the Trail Shark found on our purebred trail running poles with more ergonomic trekking grips. The Cross Shark benefits from the same Trigger technology found in the Trail Shark but provides a more robust and comfortable feel in the hand. While the Trail Shark is designed for speed, the Cross Shark is designed for both speed and comfort. The Cross Shark grip is featured on LEKI’s Cross Trail pole collection, which is ideal for "fast hiking" or quickly navigating through rough terrain.

Evocon

The Evocon grip has been a part of the LEKI lineup for decades and still delivers comfort and performance. It has a medium volume and fits well in most hands, providing comfort on the trail. The adjustable strap allows users to customize the fit to meet their specific needs. The EVOCON grip can be found on poles within the Legacy and Lhasa collection.

Multimed

The Multimed grip is exclusively found on the High Fives Wanderfreund single staff pole. Made from Cork composite material, the grip has a unique shape with a "hole in the middle," offering users multiple options for holding it based on their needs and comfort.

Nordic Shark

The Nordic Shark grip can be found on poles designed for Nordic Walking, and a majority of poles are in our cross-country ski collection. The innovative Trigger system incorporated into the Nordic Shark grip allows users to easily click in and out of the pole by inserting the Trigger loop. This loop is sewn into a breathable mesh strap that can be worn over bare hands for Nordic Walking or over gloves for Cross Country Skiing. The Trigger system provides exceptional control of the poles and also allows for power transfer, enabling users to move faster and arrive at their destination feeling fresher than ever.

PAS V1 and PAS V2

These are traditional grips designed for recreational skiers looking for a product that combines performance and value. These poles have fully adjustable and locking loop straps.

Pro G PAS

The Pro G PAS combines the slim, low-profile, tacky Pro G grip with a traditional loop strap. It has individual finger channels that keep the user's hands close to the pole shaft, which translates into exceptional control, precision, and power. The Pro G PAS features fully adjustable and locking straps, allowing skiers to fine-tune the fit for the gloves or mittens they may be using. You can find the Pro G PAS on poles like the Pitch Back, Neolite Carbon, and Neolite Airfoil.

Spartan

The Spartan grip is designed to be the lightest grip on the market. It features a traditional loop strap made from a lightweight, breathable, and fast-drying material that is easily adjustable. The contoured 1K foam grip with flat edges provides optimal control in a sleek design. The Spartan grip is perfect for trail runners who prefer the feel of a traditional strap in a lightweight package. It is exclusively found on the LEKI Neotrail Pro FX.ONE.

Trail Shark

LEKI is the only pole brand that designs a collection of poles exclusively for trail running. The innovative Trail Shark grip system is the reason why the world's top runners, such as Courtney Dauwalter and Jim Walmsley, choose to run with LEKI. The Trail Shark grip allows users to clip directly into the grip using a breathable mesh strap/glove with a sewn-in Trigger loop. This strapless interface enables exceptional power transmission from the palm of the hand directly into the pole shaft, allowing for precise pole plants and effortless entry and exit from the grip on the go. The grip features patented Air Channels, reducing the weight to a minimum and making it ideal for those seeking pure speed. The Trail Shark grip can be found on the Ultratrail FX.ONE, Ultratrail FX.ONE Superlite, and Evotral FX.ONE.

Trigger 3D Grips

In 1999, LEKI introduced the first generation of the Trigger system. This innovative system allowed users to connect directly into the grip using a clip affixed to a mesh strap worn over a glove or mitten. Over the years, the Trigger system has undergone many improvements, leading to the development of the revolutionary Trigger 3D. With Trigger 3D, users can clip directly into the grip using the Trigger loop, which is attached to breathable mesh straps that securely fit around any glove or mitten. The Trigger loop is also sewn into LEKI mittens and gloves. This loop easily clicks into the Trigger 3D grip, providing a seamless and strapless interface that ensures optimal power transfer and precise pole plants. The patented Trigger 3D offers an unrivaled 220° of release, delivering exceptional security and performance.

Trigger 3D Pro G

The Trigger 3D Pro G is our low-profile, streamlined grip made of a tacky rubberized material, providing exceptional grip even in wet conditions. It features individual finger channels, allowing direct contact with the shaft, resulting in an exceptional feel akin to driving a high-performance sports car. The Trigger 3D Pro G can be found on some of our flagship freeride poles, such as the Spitfire and Spitfire Vario, as well as our top-selling Peak Vario. Additionally, the Pro G is found on racing poles designed for Giant Slalom and Downhill.

Trigger 3D SL

The Trigger 3D SL is the racing version of the legendary Trigger 3D grip. It features a four-finger syncline grip, which positions each finger naturally and prevents slipping during aggressive skiing and racing. Clicking into the pole is easy thanks to the large 3D hook, and exiting is as simple as pushing a button. The Trigger 3D SL is found on our World Cup Slalom Racing poles.

Trigger S

The Trigger S offers the advantage of simple entry and exit, similar to the Trigger 3D. While the Trigger S does not have the extensive release range of the Trigger 3D, it still delivers a seamless interface with the grip, ensuring exceptional performance and security. You can find the Trigger S in our midrange Alpine poles, such as the Detect S and Stella S.
