Return and refund policy for LEKI USA

In the event you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased directly from LEKI USA, you may return the item(s) directly to LEKI USA for a refund to the original form of payment according to the following terms.

You have 30 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any item for a full refund less shipping charges (if applicable), provided the merchandise is unused, in original condition, and is returned in the original shipping container or another feasible box that will ensure that the returned item(s) will not be damaged in transfer.

Please contact LEKI at (800) 255-9982, Ext. 1 or email service@leki.com to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return the product for a refund. Items returned without an RMA# will be returned to the sender.

Please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded on correctly shipped orders. LEKI USA does not provide a return label and cannot reimburse you for return shipping. 

A copy of your original order confirmation email and/or shipment confirmation document must be included in the box with the returned merchandise.

If you need a different size, color or product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
