Ergonomic replacement foam grip with ultralight and edgeless design for optimum comfort and various gripping positions. Comes with comfort fleece straps. Available for 18 or 16 mm upper shafts. In most cases, if your poles go up to 140 or 145 cm you will need the 18 mm grip if your poles go up to 130 or 135 cm you will need the 16 mm grip. If you need help finding the right grip, size, or replacement instructions, please contact customer service. Sold as a pair.
