Ergonomic Cor-Tec grip with an edgeless design for optimum comfort and various gripping positions. Comes with Comfort Fleece Straps. In most cases, if your poles go up to 140 or 145cm you will need an 18 mm grip. If your poles go up to 130 or 135 cm you will need a 16 mm grip.
